Anthony "Chip" Sinyard Jr. brings over two decades of construction experience to SB Global Maintenance. As Chief Operating Officer, Chip leads all day-to-day operations, ensuring that every project meets the company’s high standards for quality and safety. His early career included work on water and sewer installations for county municipalities, followed by a degree from Local 926 Operating Engineers and global stints in Afghanistan, Iraq, Dubai, and Turkey. Chip’s expertise spans overhead transmission work, turbine power generation, and underground utility installations, making him a key leader in the company’s wide range of services.
Marcus is responsible for developing new business opportunities at SB Global Maintenance. Raised in Powder Springs, GA, Marcus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clemson University, where he was a three-sport athlete. With over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Marcus has honed his leadership and teamwork skills, which he now applies to real estate and infrastructure projects. His extensive experience in construction, property ownership, and real estate appraisal brings a fresh perspective to business development at SB Global Maintenance. Marcus is also an active member of his community, serving on the boards of Gwinnett County Habitat for Humanity, The 1818 Club, and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
Jeff Banks brings more than 20 years of leadership and project management experience to SB Global Maintenance. As Senior Superintendent, Jeff oversees projects from the planning stages to completion. His prior experience as the owner of Banks Land & Timber involved supervising subdivision development, land leases, and right-of-way acquisitions, managing over $20 million in land and development sales. At SB Global Maintenance, Jeff’s expertise in negotiations with state officials and his hands-on approach to project management ensure successful outcomes for large-scale infrastructure projects.
